Big4 Easts Beach Holiday Park Hotel Kiama, Kiama

We had a great time staying at the park hotel! The cabins were clean and right on the beach, making for beautiful views and easy access to the sand. The facilities, especially the new pool and water park, were perfect for our family, providing lots of fun. However, we were disappointed with the strict check-out policy, which hindered our plans to extend our stay and enjoy the amenities longer.

I had high hopes for this stay, especially after two wonderful years at Lake Conjola, but this experience was quite a letdown. The check-in process was frustrating and disorganized, leaving us with a sour start. On a positive note, the beach access was a highlight, providing a beautiful area for walks, but overall, the value for the price we paid just didn’t match our expectations.

We had a fantastic time at the park, especially enjoying the pools, beachfront, and playgrounds, which are perfect for families. Our cabin was clean and offered a lovely ocean view, making our stay very comfortable. However, for the price we paid, we expected a bit more in terms of amenities and room features. The dining options were quite basic, which could be improved for a better experience.

The grounds and amenities, including pools and playgrounds, were well-maintained, and the staff made us feel very welcomed. While the camp kitchen was modern and spotless, the lack of options for drive-through sites was a downside, leading to a bit of cramped conditions. Overall, it's great value for a family getaway, despite a few minor issues with site allocation.
